SITE:  Walter P. Ledet Track Complex, Northwestern State University and adjacent fields

SCHEDULE:
 		  9:30 a.m. - Varsity Girls 
10:15 a.m. - Varsity Boys

ENTRY PROCEDURE: Entries can be made online at DirectAthletics.com

DEADLINES/FEES:  Registration - due Friday, October 23 by midnight
$60 per gender for varsity teams fielding 5-10 runners. 
$75 for per gender for teams fielding 11+ runners.
. $10 per athlete for teams with under 5 athletes

COURSES:

.		 High School Course - 3 Miles
The course will be the same three-mile course run at the LHSAA High School Meet. The course is all grass until the last 300m which finishes on the track. The first two miles contain no hills with one short hill at about 2.5 miles into the race.

Only quarter-inch spikes are permitted.

AWARDS:  T-Shirts will be given to the top 10 individuals in each Varsity Race.
. T-Shirts will be given to each finisher from the winning team in each Varsity Race (10)

SPECTATOR ENTRY:  Spectators should enter through the soccer complex main gate.  Admission is $5.

CHECK IN:  8:15 - 9:15 a.m. in the purple building inside the track complex.
