"Season ticket sales for the Demons' 2010 campaign continue," said Adam Jonson, NSU's assistant marketing director for tickets operations. "The opportunity to establish top priority for purchasing NSU-LSU game tickets in the Demons' section provides additional incentive for loyal fans to renew their Demon season tickets and for new season ticket purchases to be made."

Anyone who has Northwestern season tickets in 2010 and 2011 will have top priority to purchase up to four LSU-NSU game tickets when they become available next summer.

 "This is an early playing date for both teams in 2011 and as always, the ticket demand in Tiger Stadium will be very high. Because of the long-anticipated opportunity for Demon fans to see their team, and their band, on the field in Tiger Stadium, we know these will be highly-sought after tickets," said Jonson. "We want to reward our loyal season ticket holders with the best opportunity to get their share first."

Season ticket holders in 2010 are now able to put their names on a waiting list to reserve the number of NSU-LSU tickets matching the number of Demon season tickets they currently hold, with a maximum of four per account, he said.

Based on availability, that number can double up to eight NSU-LSU-tickets, if the Northwestern season ticket holder is also a member of the Demon Victory Fund Select 100 donor list by contributing past a given level to the NSU Athletic Association.

The four-stage priority list gives top ranking to the two-year (2010, 2011) Demon season ticket holders, then two-year Demon Victory Fund Select 100 members, followed by the 2011 Demon Victory Fund Select 100 and those 2011-only season ticket holders.

NSU students will also have a limited number of NSU-LSU game tickets available for purchase in 2011.

"If orders exceed the number of tickets available to students, the NSU ticket office will conduct a lottery to fulfill orders," said Jonson.
